  1. Women's soccer, which is on the rise, won, and this is very good, for European soccer, because soon we will see Spanish players in English and English clubs in Madrid or Barcelona, as we see today with the masculine this does nothing but potential to these players and clubs

  3. Let's not forget that the 15 players that didn't want to play for the coach said it was on the ground of him not being tactically sound and they didn't see him taking the team any where. They had no respect for their coach or his style of play and were unable to implement it and rather than get better or try to understand the coach's style they removed any possible blame from themselves and blamed the coach and they left. The best coaches do not tolerate their decisions being questioned by players, Henry, zlatan, etoo and many others told the pep story, dele alli, Paul pogba told the Mourinho story, even an upcoming manager like arteta in arsenal with the auba situation, the ozil situation, they tried to pressure the fa to sack and he fought back and he has proven he was right. The fact that the journalistdoes attribute the victory to him is very telling on her prejudice and if she doesn't expect professionalism from female footballers then the sport may never receive the respect it clearly deserves. Very long comment short, this was a lack of professionalism on their part and if I were Spain's manager they would never play for the national team till I leave office. A Spain manager has done it already and a lot less made him take that decision and that's Luis Enrique.

  4. To think 15 of their players didn't want to be called up for the competition and yet they outclassed England in the final. All the build up was all about England from the onset to the finals. I have said it too many times this competition England won't win, they could easily have been knocked out by Nigeria, or Colombia but those guys were not clinical at all, kudos to England for finding ways to win those games, but for me they have always looked very vulnerable even against Haiti, Haiti could have easily win against them that day if not for lack of technicality and clinical abilities. Even Spain is not clinical enough but they were really good, I mean if you can keep the ball then you probably have enough chance to win and they kept the ball so well.
The only team that outplayed Spain actually beat them and that was Japan.
